An initial 60 minute consultation which enables us to discuss your health and lifestyle history in detail and work together to devise a how, what and why of foods and supplements to include and lifestyle plan to achieve your goals.

The amount of support you require depends on your health goals.
Supporting you over 10 weeks with three consultations to help you achieve your goals. Starting with an initial consultation and followed by two follow up consultations at 3-4 weekly intervals to support you through the changes to reach your goals. I am here for you between appointments to answer any questions you may have and provide support, motivation and encouragement.

Supporting you with 6 fortnightly consultations over 10-12 weeks, the Nourish Programme offers regular support and coaching as it can take time to create healthy habits and change your mindset towards food..
The regular consultations also give flexibility to include a kitchen audit and supermarket shop if needed.
1 x 60 minute initial consultation and 5 x 40 minute follow up consultations with e-mail support.
A 10 week programme with weekly coaching and support enabling you to really get to grips with achieving your goals and turning your health around.
